Founded in Adelaide in 1991, SAM Specialist Air Management has become the mechanical services partner of choice on a number of high profile projects across multiple sectors.

In 2011 we changed our name from SAM Airconditioning after a business review found it didn’t truly reflect our wide range of skills and technical abilities.

From an installer of commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, we have evolved into a full service construction and maintenance provider for heating, ventilation, and cooling solutions. Today our mechanical service expertise is used for:

  • Industrial switch rooms
  • Major installations for government and industry
  • Green retrofits and building refurbishments
  • Full service and preventative programs

In addition to project managing installations for our own government and industry clients, SAM also teams with some of Australia’s largest mechanical engineering consultants to provide highly specialist air systems for major projects.

Highly skilled team

SAM’s large team of engineers and technicians are skilled in key areas such as design (including CAMEL), estimation, project management and drafting.

We have electricians, refrigeration mechanics, ductwork installers and our own Green Star accredited professionals trained in the latest sustainable mechanical systems.

All our technical staff have current police checks as well as other associated clearances required for working on aged care and education sites, including Catholic schools.
